iinteract is a trademark jointly owned by Enveij KB and Michael Cambello. The concept around iinteract is based on many years experience of sales, LEADERSHIP, customer contact, coaching and of course business networling. Operations began at the December, 2008 and is a further development of the strategies and principles on which, we have built our results.

Our philosophy is based on "learn by doing" - the concept where the coach leads the first instance, and you, when you feel ready, try it yourself. The course is experience based with influences from courses in leadership and personal development. Within the walls are of particular skills UGL (Development of the group & leaders), Adventure Ö (FIRO, feedback & communications), and balance the economy, a 10-week course in personal development with a focus on enforcement of targets.
